It has been about two weeks now, and we are still going strong! As I continue to prep daily, I have been using a lot of recipes off of Pinterest, and I have found some youtube videos that have been really helpful. Hello😊 I am excited to share another day with you! I have a bunch of support that I didn't realize we had, and that makes it even better. Today a friend of ours called and gave me encouraging words and some websites to help us with our journey. They have been doing it for 21 days, and are really satisfied with their choice. They live in a small town with little access to many vegan choices, so that can be very irritating to find foods to eat.
